Jackie Mazurowski, BS, CDP

Jackie Mazurowski is the heart behind Living Well Senior Referral and Placement Specialists. With over 25 years of experience in senior care, she brings both expertise and empathy to every family she serves.

Jackie has spent her career helping older adults find the right place to call home—whether that’s independent or assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing. Her hands-on experience as an Executive Director in senior living communities across Westchester and Fairfield Counties has given her an inside view of what truly matters: compassion, comfort, and quality of life.

Known for her calm guidance and deep understanding of aging transitions, Jackie helps families navigate big decisions with confidence and peace of mind. She partners closely with healthcare providers, caregivers, and local organizations to make sure each senior receives the care, safety, and respect they deserve.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Concordia College and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). Her leadership defines Living Well’s approach—personal, knowledgeable, and always centered on family.

Christine Triffon, LCSW

Christine Triffon brings over 20 years of experience supporting older adults and their families. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Christine has spent her career helping seniors live with dignity and independence through practical guidance, emotional support, and thoughtful care planning.

At Living Well, Christine provides behind-the-scenes support, drawing on her deep understanding of the challenges families face as loved ones age. Her insight and professional network help ensure that every recommendation is made with compassion and care.

Christine earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Work.
